How long can I watch the lessons I have purchased?
Purchased video courses do not expire, so you can watch the lessons forever.
What do I need to watch the video lessons?
1) An internet connection. If the internet isn’t working, you can’t see the lessons. Just like any YouTube video. 2) A computer or other device connected to the Internet 3) An account on the site, with your email address and a password. The account is created when you purchase a course for the first time.
How can I watch the free lessons?
To see the trial lessons simply go to the lesson index. The first lesson of each course is always free. For longer courses, there are more than one free lesson.
I can’t get into the site anymore. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click here. If you have been blocked by the site’s security systems because you have entered the wrong password several times, don’t worry: the block lasts only 15 minutes.
