Mikrokosmos – vol.1

2nd YEAR

Course Description

A fascinating and modern course, Mikrokosmos is an excellent choice for those who have already been playing for some time and want to make their study plan more varied and interesting. Mikrokosmos is the ideal method for those who want to improve in reading sheet music, or have as their goal playing jazz.

With the two hands paired

In the first exercises the two hands play the same notes by parallel motion. Step by step, you will play dotted notes, value slurs and syncopation. The beginning of the course is simple, but the exercises grow in difficulty quickly, and very soon you will be able to challenge yourself by playing more difficult music.
